Lo studio è accompagnato, inizialmente, da un plastico in  itinere ove viene rappresentato lo schema tipologico.

Il plastico definitivo è un estrusione della sezione al 20, stampata su un pannello forex di dimensioni 50x80 cm, realizzando nel dettaglio ogni singolo attacco e ogni singolo rivestimento, partendo dal piano terra, passando nel piano intermedio, fino ad arrivare nel copertura.
